How to solve the charging problem of the music player?

A. Charging status



B.  When charging with a computer:
1. Do not plug the digital music player into a USB hub
2. Never plug other USB devices into your computer while the music player is charging
3. Plug your music player directly into a USB port on the back of the computer
4. Power on the computer and make sure it is in operating condition 
5. Please charge the music player until the battery icon shows 100%, or shows a steady green full battery icon on MP860/MP870.
6. Safely remove from computer, and avoid to charge more than 12 hours.
7. Avoid high temperature and expose under sunshine.
C.  If charging by PC still could not solve your problem,
we strongly suggest you to use Transcend USB power adapter (P/N:TS-PA2A for MP330 and MP350; part number TS-PA2M for all other players). If you use other USB power adapter, please make sure the power is exactly 5V / 1A.
D.  About the music playback time, we would recommend you to download the latest firmware from bellowing link:

Settings:
1. Screen savers ON.
2. Screen savers set to blank.
3. Lyrics synch OFF.
4. Playing 128kbps music file.



Note: The warranty of battery is 6 months. There is no memory effect on Li-ion battery, so the battery lifetime will not decrease after charged whenever it still have power left.
Most Li-ion batteries use fast-charge to charge your device to 80% battery capacity in two hours, then it needs one or two hours trickle charging to charge the battery to full. Please ensure there is at least one charging/ discharging cycle per month.
The battery capacity will decrease to 70% after one-year usage or 500 charging cycle.
